The 2026 iteration confronts luxury head-on: moss canopies above Milanese dining tables, monolithic stone sinks quarried to individual commission, timber joinery left deliberately imperfect. Daylight is not supplemented but orchestrated — deep reveals, clerestory slots, interior courtyards pulling sky into the heart of the plan. Wellness not as a feature or a finish, but as the entire premise of how a building meets the body.
